If any setup is charged, it includes the labor time only and is non-refundable.
You do not purchase the artwork, the screens, the computer files in any form.
Group printed/embroidered orders should have a minimum of 15 unless otherwised
posted differently in the Current Sale page. Blank items
can be purchased in any quantity, priced according to the posted catalog prices.
Imprinted Orders take 7-10 days depending on your location and your quantity.
Blank items may take 2-7 days to arrive at your location going ground ship.
Rush charges add 30% of your order total plus air freight of 2 or 3 day ship.
Printing to shipping time shall depend on complexity of design, quantity & your address.
Embroidery Samples can be provided and shipped if email pics do not satisfy you.
Digitizing must be prepaid on samples with unique charactors or designs. It is not refundable.

Some Award Jackets are custom made (color combos or sizes not in supplier's stock).
These are NOT RETURNABLE! Their sizing is standard, so make absolutely sure
of the size you are ordering. Call us 1-877-785-6862, & we can call the supplier
about your measurements or the measurement of the jacket.
A single FREE sample may be provided, if returned within 15 business days.
T-Shirt Shoppe will pay freight on the item to the receiver of the sample one time only.
When returning the sample, the receiver, agrees to pay freight on the item to
T-Shirt Shoppe at 213 N 500 W, Blackfoot, Id. 83221. If the receiver decides to
keep the sample, the receiver is responsible for payment of the item only.
If the receiver wants to send the item back after the 15 day due time, the receiver
is responsible for the item charge, freight and 20% restocking fee.
This is a ASAP retail business after you call in to place your order. Once your order has
been placed from the supplier's warehouse it cannot be stopped. This includes changing
sizes or cancellations. More can be added to your order within time limits allowed or
agreed by the buyer. You will be notified by email as soon as a tracking number is obtained.
Your receipt shall be in the shipping box on printed items or emailed separately for blank deliveries.
This is a First Come First Serve discount retail business. Just as if you walked into our store
in person, by pre-paying your order, you are given first priority in our scheduling.
A 20% restocking loss fee plus freight is charged on all refused orders and/or product
returned for reasons other than quality or an error by T-Shirt Shoppe
If you cancel your order for any reason your payment will be refunded in full LESS any fees
incurred by paypal or square checkout.
Refunds are allowed only on printed/embroidered items that have an error or an overcharge.
Refunds are only issued as a check from the T-Shirt Shoppe. We do not keep your card number, so
no chargeback on your card will be done.
Custom decaled items are NON-refundable/returnable.
Exception: Embroidered name misspelled or a misprinting - Buyer pays freight to
T-Shirt Shoppe, We pay freight back.
If color or brand is not available at the supplier’s warehouse, then T-SS reserves the
right to substitute to fulfill the order to make sure you receive it on time. The buyer
shall be notified. All freight is paid by the buyer except during specified sales.
We are not responsible for orders placed through our suppliers. They are usually prompt.
If your order is delayed for stock availability, weather, or processing your credit card,
we cannot refund any portion of your freight costs. By submitting your order, you have
agreed to all of these terms.
