Can I see a sample of my embroidery before I place my order?
There is no charge for
stock lettering. If the lettering & design is unique, prior to an order, Sample embroidery is available for a setup fee of $39.00 for a 3.5"size, $79-149 for back size depending on labor time. If not pre-paid, embroidery samples are not prepared before you place your order. However, when you place an order we will email you a proof for your approval prior to production. You can see more of our work at Embr Samples.

What is digitizing for embroidery?
This allows us to create your unique logo from a picture. It takes a great deal of time to plot out every stitch and to do
stitchouts to make sure your design stitches out correctly for your order. It is a one time cost and must be pre-paid before your order begins As soon as we get a good stitchout, we email or send you a copy for approval. There is no charge for stock lettering.
If you order 36 or more left chest or 48 hats, the digitizing is FREE.

What is my turn around time?
If you are ordering blank goods, 1-4 days If your items need printing or embroidery, they first have to come into our print shop (2-4 days). Most order take 2 days to arrive into the print shop, printing takes 2-4 days, embroidery takes takes 2-10 days both depending on your quantity. Shipping to you depends on your location. and whether you wish to pay for overnight delivery. Read
About us or Sales Policy

Do you have a Minimum? Can I get a sample?
If you are ordering blank goods, you can order any quantity. If you are ordering for
screen printing, we require 15 or more items We can do 1-6 shirts with Cad Cut Decaling that simulates printing

What is the quality of these items?
We only trade in first quality or premium goods, from the familiar brands of
Hanes & Jerzees, to the high end of Port Authority, GAME, Kavio, & more such as Arnold Palmer, etc.

Why don't you sell L.L.Bean or Ouray?
These companies are as retail as we are. Unless they offer in large quantities to a wholesaler at a discount, we cannot participate. If you look closer at some of these popular brands, the products look very similar or are exactly the same because the products have been obtained from a central manufacturer and relabled to reflect their branding. When a manufacturer sells to a wholesaler (thousands), the wholesaler can sell to distributors in smaller quantities.

Can I send you our shirts & hats for imprinting?
Yes - BUT we prefer not to because the contruction or fabric may not always be embroidery or printable friendly (plastics or foam, etc.) All items purchased elsewhere shall have a setup charge regardless of quantity. Freight to and from our shop would be your responsibility, and any errors by our machines cannot be replaced, you are responsible for replacement items for embroidery or printing. Based on our years of experience, we purchase the highest quality items best suited. Any spelling errors on our part would be determined to extend a discount or do new items at half charge.

Can you ship outside of the USA?
Sorry, we can only ship within the USA Hawaii & Alaska are included but be aware that the freight costs may be very high For example: 1 case of 72 tshirts is about $100-150 freight per UPS. If you are overseas in the military, we can US Postal Service it thru your APO address in the USA.

Why are tshirt prices between white and dark different?
The screen printing industry sets the pricing This could be from the dying or not dying process or the way

What does 5.6oz.or 8oz mean?
