Aghaghaghagh! My machine is eating your shirt!
Some items from large box stores do not have a
tight weave or has deep ribbed fabric that can
cause the needle to birdnest or dig a hole into the
fabric. Made for embroidery apparel prevents this.
What are the Costs?
Whether you need embroidery, screen printing or digital/transfer decaling, the rising costs seem
confusing. Yes, thread, ink & other supplies to produce your design is going up but mostly what
you pay for is labor & freight. To get your items in for embellishments, freight has to be paid. To
ship them to you, freight has to be paid. Right now, to ship a couple of shirts to you, the
customer, may be $10-12.00. Volume ordering is the best for your money but if you can't, check
